Doctors of Audiology & Audiologist

Advanced Hearing Group of Clinics is proud to offer our patients a diverse team of Hearing Healthcare Providers. It is our goal to ensure that every aspect of our audiology clinic is covered so that our patients will receive comprehensive treatment while in our care. Our staff includes Doctors of Audiology, PhD candidates and Audiologists. Each member of the team has a unique ability that makes him or her essential to the clinic’s success and therefore our patient’s success. Further, our collaborative approach to patient care is sometimes essential for patient success.

A Doctor of Audiology is an Audiologist who has continued their education and attained a Clinical Doctorate degree. They are skilled in providing advanced diagnostic, rehabilitative and other services associated with the complete hearing and balance systems.

The entry level for an Audiologist in the Province of Ontario is a Master’s degree in Audiology. They are trained in identifying, diagnosing, treating and monitoring disorders of the auditory system. Many university programs, especially those in the United States, also incorporate balance assessments into their programs. Our audiologists have a background in Balance testing and Rehabilitation in addition to tinnitus assessments and treatment.
